Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. If you'd like to make changes, please message us on WhatsApp at 0109 803 8686 as soon as possible.

Can I pay with Instapay or mobile wallets ?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), Instapay, mobile wallets and credit card payment.

Can I check the package before accepting it?

Yes, we allow customers to open their packages while the delivery person is present to verify everything

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days after confirmation inside Cairo and Giza. More days are needed for other governorates. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
